The AB blood type only showed up about a thousand years ago (roughly twenty-five to thirty generations). That may as well have been yesterday as far as the human time-line of history is concerned. Enjoy cardio and aerobic workouts which are lower impact, like swimming and cycling. Body weight training is recommended as opposed to lifting free weights and other heavy weights. Walking perfectly mimics the nomadic physical activity of your type B ancestors, as does hiking.
One way to monitor your diet, and fitness activities, is to remember that type B stands for balance. You will enjoy better overall mental and physical health and wellness if you take a balanced approach to both your diet and your exercise. Don't stick with just one type of low impact, moderate to less than intense form of physical fitness. Maintain a balance of several forms of exercise that keep your mind from becoming bored, and take a hike or a walk when you need to alleviate stress and anxiety in your life.

If you should eat right for your blood type, should you work out accordingly as well? Of course you should. Type O - The Hunter
The human ancestors which first appeared with blood type O, the oldest of the 4 current blood types, was a Hunter. The day was spent hunting down and killing animals for food. When your type O predecessors weren't chasing animals, animals were chasing them. This means they were constantly on the go, and your workout routine should reflect that.
Type Os tend to be more athletic, stronger and more powerful, than other blood types. However, there is a problem with your natural tendency as it relates to your modern lifestyle. You are probably not chasing down food or being chased by hungry predators anymore. This means you could have packed on some extra weight due to a sedentary lifestyle.
All you have to do is replicate the daily habits of your on the go ancestors and you can reach and maintain a healthy body weight. The original type O's enjoyed extremely intense bursts of physical exertion, followed by periods of rest. This is why you should tend towards high intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometrics, running and other types of interval training.
Just as your caveman ancestors got an emotional response when they took down some big game animal, you use exercise as an emotional outlet as well. Physical fitness and physical activity are the best tools for you to fight stress and anxiety while also boosting your mood and mental well-being.
Think about it. You are a type O cave dweller who hasn't had any fresh meat in days. You have subsisted on water and what plant-based foods, nuts and berries you could scavenge. Then out of nowhere a heard of gazelles wonders past.
If you and your fellow cavemen can just take down a few gazelles, you can enjoy plenty of the fresh meat your body loves. Your mind and emotions soar at the thought, and that same anxiety-busting, stress-defeating feeling is yours anytime you enjoy some intense exercise.
